The Brain of India Talent Quiz

1.The “Brain of India” online Talent quiz is organised by D B Corp Limited (Radio Division) having its corporate office address at FC 10 and 11, Sector 16 A, Film City, Noida and Nashik office address at DB Corp Limited – Radio Division, Shri Ganesh Elite, Opposite Suyash Hospital, Ahilyadevi Holkar Marg, Mumbai Naka, Nashik (Hereinafter “Organizer”).

2.In using, the Brain of India talent quiz examinations service (The User/ Participant) shall be deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions listed below.

3.Each Participant should read, understand all the terms and conditions and if they so feel necessary they must seek all clarifications and explanations from the Organizer before beginning the registration process.

4.The User/Participant agrees to provide correct, authentic and true information. The Organizer reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the User/Participant at any point of time. If upon confirmation such User details are found to be flawed/incorrect (wholly or partly), the Organizer has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the User from participating in the online examination.

5.The Organizer reserves the right to add, delete, alter or modify these terms and conditions carefully at any point of time. The User is therefore advised to read these terms and conditions every time he/she uses the Brain of India online examination Service(s).

6.Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Organizer expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

7.These terms and conditions supersede all previous representations, understandings, or agreements and shall prevail notwithstanding any variance with any other terms of any order submitted.

8.The examinations will be conducted through online mode/ and off line for schools without a computer lab or students with physical re-assessment (for eligible candidates) only.

9.The “Brain of India” online examination participants/candidates must meet with the prescribed age limit/educational criteria for different categories of examinations.

10.The “Brain of India” scholarship is available for meritorious students studying in India and have appeared for/qualified/would be appearing in any of recognized school education boards/institutions.

11.The rewards will be awarded on the basis of rank achieved by the participant/winner in the online scholarship examination.

12.Each participant of The Brain of India online examination has to inform the Organizer if there is a change in their address or contact number.

13.Date of online examination and physical reassessment (for eligible candidates only) will be communicated on the registered email address of the User/Candidate, provided at the time of registration.

14.Each participant of The Brain of India online examination must ensure that the date of examination will not be changed and no communication in this regard will be entertained. If the participant/ prospective participant has a reason to believe that there is any inconvenience with the examination date which is mentioned in the registration form then they must not apply for the same.

15.After the examinations the winners have to produce their Identity cards, age proof and other relevant documents from their school/ College/ educational institute or such other documents as are asked by the Organizer.

16.There will be a fixed time allotted for each question.

17.The questions will be based on general knowledge, current affairs and dexterity and subject specific questions.

18.Cash Reward & other awards shall be decided on the basis of the performance of the students subjected to scoring minimum cut off marks in each subject.

19.All the questions will be objective type multiple choice questions.

20.There will be negative marking for wrong answers submitted in online examination.

21.The Organizer will not be responsible if there is a system error or power failure or network/internet at the time of/during the examination. The participants must be careful to choose the examination centre. This Organizer will not be liable for any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behaviour, negligence, or under any other cause of action.

22.The Organizers reserve the right to take necessary action if the Organizers come to know about any foul play/use of unfair means during the examination time.

23.Use of unfair means during the course of online examination will result in automatic disqualification.

24.The final power rests with the Organizer. The Organizer has the power to reform or alter the examination's procedures and disbursement of the scholarship from time to time if necessary.

25.The Brain of India online examination can be withdrawn at any point of time without any prior intimation, at the sole discretion of the Organizer.

26.In case of any dispute, arising out of the present terms & conditions, same shall be referred to the sole arbitrator to be appointed by the Organizer. The seat of arbitration will be at Nashik only. In any case if any matter has to go to the court, only Nashik Courts shall have jurisdiction to decide such matters.
