• All questions are compulsory to attempt.
• Total Time duration of the Examination will be 45 minutes.
• There are 40 MCQ with a total score of 80 marks.
• There will be negative marking and ½ mark will be deducted for every wrong answers submitted in online examination.
• Log tables, side rule, calculator, cellular phones, pagers & electronic devices, in any form are not allowed.
• Only 1 time login shall be allowed with your Id.
• Once you login, you will not be able to leave the Test.

Points to Remember

• On the test screen, you will get Navigation Buttons Next, Previous, Submit, and Bookmark.
• Select the answer for the questions and click on Submit Button to save the answer. The question number will be highlighted Blue on the Right bar.
• You can navigate the questions using the Next or Previous buttons, or the buttons from the right bar.
• If you are confused about a question Bookmark the question and move to the next questions. The question number will be highlighted Yellow on the Right bar.
• Active questions will be highlighted Green.
• After ticking out the correct answer, please click Submit.

AKAL MAIN AWWAL Quiz

• The “AKAL MAIN AWWAL” online scholarship quiz is organized by D B Corp Limited (Radio Division) having its corporate office address at FC 10 and 11, Sector 16 A, Film City, Noida and Bilaspur office address at DB Corp Limited –1st floor Gumber Complex old highcourt Road Bilaspur (Chhattisgarh) 495001 (Hereinafter “Organizer”). This quiz is sponsored by Prayas Academy, Address at Mopka Road, Raj Kishor Bilaspur- CG (hereinafter “Official Sponsors”).
• The ‘AKAL MAIN AWWAL’ online scholarship quiz will be conducted by the Organizer at its web portal namely www.myfmindia.com/ama.
• In using the AKAL MAIN AWWAL scholarship quiz examinations service (The User/ Participant) shall be deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions listed below. Your right to use the Site is not transferable. Any password or right given to you to obtain information or documents is not transferable.
• Each Participant should read, understand all the terms and conditions and if they so feel necessary they must seek all clarifications and explanations from the Organizer before beginning the registration process. These Terms apply in full force and effect and User/Participant is advised to not register, in case of any objection to any of these Terms and Conditions.
• The User/Participant is advised to read, understand the Privacy policy and User/Participant is advised to not register, in case of any objection to Privacy Policy.
• The User/Participant agrees to provide correct, authentic and true information. The Organizer reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the User/Participant at any point of time. If upon confirmation such User details are found to be flawed/incorrect (wholly or partly), the Organizer has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the User from participating in the online examination.
• The Organizer reserves the right to add, delete, alter or modify these terms and conditions carefully at any point of time. The User is therefore advised to read these terms and conditions every time he/she uses the ‘AKAL MAIN AWWAL’ online examination Service(s).
• Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Organizer expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
• These terms and conditions supersede all previous representations, understandings, or agreements and shall prevail notwithstanding any variance with any other terms of any order submitted.
• The examinations will be conducted through online mode only through online test of 45 minutes duration with 40 multiple-choice questions.
• The “AKAL MAIN AWWAL” online examination participants/candidates must meet with the prescribed age limit/educational criteria. The eligibility criteria will be Class 5th To 12thperusing and 12th pass out students.
• Conditions of the Contest Winners and Prizes. Organizer shall be giving prize money as stated- 1st Prize- A Cheque of Rs 21,000/- ( Rs Twenty One Thousand only ), 2nd Prize- A Cheque of Rs 11,000/- ( Rs Eleven Thousand only )and 3rd Prize- A Cheque of Rs 5, 000/-( Rs Five Thousand only). 50 Students will qualify for scholarship of Rs. 5000 each.
• The scholarships will be given by the sponsor “Prayas academy” to the top 50 students based on their scores and time taken for AKAL MAIN AWWAL aptitude test scores. The merit list will be given by the organizer of the Event and based on the fastest time taken to answer the question. The quantum of scholarship to be awarded will be decided on these factors only. The Scholarship will be for 5000rs Fees. -Scholarship will be given in all the courses. The student should qualify the basic qualifying examination for the course in which he/she wanted to take admission. In any particular course the maximum number of students to get scholarship would be "FIVE. The beneficiary of this Scholarship would not be entitled to any other additional scholarship of the Institute, but he can avail any other scholarship given by any other agency/Government except Prayas academy.
• Each participant of The AKAL MAIN AWWAL online examination has to inform the Organizer if there is a change in their address or contact number.
• Examination will be conducted on the 20th of Aug 2021 and Examination portal will remain open from 12:00 Pm to 3:00 PM. The User/Participant shall ensure their availability 15 minutes prior to commencement of examination.
• The Organizer/Official Sponsor will not be responsible if there is a system error or power failure or network/internet at the time of/during the examination. The participants must be careful to choose the examination centre. This Organizer/Official Sponsor will not be liable for any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behaviour, negligence, or under any other cause of action.
• Each participant of The AKAL MAIN AWWAL online examination must ensure that the date of examination will not be changed and no communication in this regard will be entertained. If the participant/ prospective participant has a reason to believe that there is any inconvenience with the examination date which is mentioned in the registration form then they must not apply for the same.
• After the examinations the winners have to produce their Identity cards, age proof and other relevant documents from their school/ College/ educational institute or such other documents as are asked by the Organizer/Official Sponsor.
• There will be a fixed time allotted for each question.
• The questions will be based on general knowledge, current affairs, commerce based and dexterity and subject specific questions.
• All the questions will be objective type multiple choice questions.
• There will be negative marking and ½ mark will be deducted for every wrong answers submitted in online examination.
• The Organizers/ Official Sponsors reserve the right to take necessary action if the Organizers come to know about any foul play/use of unfair means during the examination time.
• Use of unfair means during the course of online examination will result in automatic disqualification.
• The final power rests with the Organizer. The Organizer has the power to reform or alter the examination's procedures and disbursement of the scholarship from time to time if necessary.
• The User/Participant agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer/Official Sponsor, its officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) Your use of and access of the Application/Website/Services; (ii) Your violation of any term of these Terms or any other policy of the Company; (iii) Your violation of any third party right, including without limitation, any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim thatYour use of the Application/Website/Services has caused damage to a third party. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms.
• The information and services may contain bugs, errors, problems or other limitations. The Organizer and Official Sponsor and their affiliated parties have no liability whatsoever for your use of any information or service. In particular, but not as a limitation thereof, the Organizer and Official Sponsor and affiliated parties are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages (including damages for loss of business, loss of profits, litigation, or the like), whether based on breach of contract, breach of warranty, tort (including negligence), product liability or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
• The Organizer/ Official Sponsor may, based on any form of access to the Application (including free download/trials) or Services or Website or registrations through any source whatsoever, contact the User/Participant through SMS, email and call, to give information about its products as well as notifications on various important updates and/or to seek permission for demonstration of its products. The User/Participant expressly grants such permission to contact him/her through telephone, SMS, e-mail and holds the Company indemnified against any liabilities including financial penalties, damages, expenses in case the User/Participant’s mobile number is registered with Do not Call (DNC) database. By registering yourself , User/Participant agree to make your contact details available to Our employees, associates and partners so that you may be contacted for education information and promotions through telephone, SMS, email etc.
• In no event shall the Organizer, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be liable to the User/Participant for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website, whether such liability is under contract, tort or otherwise, and the Organizer, including its officers, directors and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website
• AKAL MAIN AWWAL online examination can be withdrawn at any point of time without any prior intimation, at the sole discretion of the Organizer.
• The Organizer/Official Sponsor shall have no liability to the User/Participants for the matters where it has no control or which are beyond its control and fall in this category.
• In case of any dispute, decision of Management of Prayas academy will be last and acceptable for all.
• In case of any dispute, arising out of the present terms & conditions, same shall be referred to the sole arbitrator to be appointed by the Organizer. The seat of arbitration will be at Bilaspur only. In any case if any matter has to go to the court, only Bilaspur Court shall have jurisdiction to decide such matters.
